After receipt of your written order you receive a calculation from us. Hotels accept to a large extent credit cards, the necessary data convey us please by Fax.(aus safety reasons!) With some hotels we agreed upon still more favorable rates for you, which must room costs then directly at us are transferred. Our Guides are not justified collection! Our agency achievements are released from the VAT!
For students we hold special rates ready! With individual routes depend the costs of our Guides on their expenditure and the group size. With the calculation we call you the possible bank accounts of our agency. Please you absolutely keep the times fixed for payment! Event Tickets are always excluded from the conversion! Please you read yourselves our General trading conditions thoroughly. With the placing of order you accept our our General trading conditions.
